Mittels des Content Syndication Tools (CST) ist es Mitgliedern von ALS und deren Kooperationspartnern möglich, über Suchkriterien fachliche Aussschnitte aus ihren Beständen dynamisch in andere Webseiten einzubinden.
Grenzen Sie den Suchraum nach verschiedenen Kriterien ein um eine Auswahl der in ALS erfassten Links zu definieren. Sie können die einzelnen Suchkriterien mit logischen Operatoren verknüpfen und haben die Möglichkeit weitere neue Suchfelder hinzuzufügen. Starten Sie die Abfrage mit einem Klick auf “Selektion ausführen”.
Für die Recherche innerhalb der angezeigten Links können verschiedene Suchmöglichkeiten ausgewählt werden.
Unter dem Punkt “Trefferdarstellung definieren” haben Sie verschiedene Optionen die Darstellung der selektierten Links individuell zu gestalten. Beispielsweise können Sie Einfluss auf die Sortierung der Trefferlisten nehmen und definieren welche Felder angezeigt werden sollen.
Nachdem Sie den Suchraum eingegrenzt, die Suchmöglichkeiten ausgewählt und die Darstellungsoptionen definiert haben können Sie ein Skript erstellen und speichern, indem Sie auf „Skript generieren“ klicken. Für den Fall, dass Sie ein vorhandenes Skript überschreiben möchten setzen Sie bitte den entsprechenden Haken.
Wenn das Skript erfolgreich generiert wurde, erscheint folgende Textbox:
Kopieren Sie bitte den Text aus der Box und fügen Sie diesen in den Body-Bereich der gewünschten HTML-Seite ein:
Nun sollte die zuvor definierte Auswahl der ALS-Links auf Ihrer Website erscheinen. Die Darstellung der Links ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt bewusst einfach gehalten, damit Sie die Möglichkeit haben diese mit CSS an das Design Ihrer Webseite anzupassen.
